Here we demonstrate how CABAM can be used to ensure system integrity. In any system, you want to make sure that all your records are complete, accurate and valid.
CABAM is configured so that you can pick up where you don’t have the system integrity in place. It will compare files or tables from one system to files and tables in another system (or possibly the same system). Sometimes modules get out of sync. CABAM can be used to test that the system has integrity and that all the records are neatly reconciled from system to system.
In this function, we will demonstrate how CABAM can be used to identify suspicious records. Suspicious records are those where somebody has duplicated a transaction or record and just changed one or 2 characters or words in a field. This is done in order to eliminate fraud or misappropriation of resources that may have a direct […]
Here we will demonstrate how CABAM can use the Duplicate Check function to identify and flag duplicates in your data sets. This is necessary because duplicate data could possibly result in overstated reports or multiple payments to a supplier. The duplicate checker looks within tables of data for records that are identical (based on […]
In this function, we will demonstrate how CABAM can be used to do an automated and data reconciliation between 2 sets of data (even if they have different levels of detail). CABAM does this by using a simple dynamic waterfall chart and related grid. This is done in order to ensure integrity between two systems and provide users […]
