All Process Steps Executed
Here we will demonstrate how CABAM can be used to make sure that all the process steps in a process have been executed completely. Sometimes only part of a process has been executed and managers have no visibility to the incomplete steps without lots of manual checking. CABAM prevents this with the All Process Steps Executed function.
Let’s say – for example – a customer decided that they longer wanted to be a consumer. In this case, our Operational System we see his that he has cancelled and start the process of validating the truth of this. The process is to send 4 SMS’s, 2 emails and one voice call to confirm. If any of the steps in this process had not occurred, then CABAM would flag this as an anomaly.
