Here we will demonstrate how CABAM can be used to identify and measure the length of a field. Sometimes you don’t want certain fields to be too long or too short. Length Check can be useful in measuring this as well as identifying nulls in various fields. This is done to avoid missing data, interference with reporting and interference with the logic in another application relying on this data.
For example, if we know that a field should not be more than 4 Characters, but should me bore than 1 character, length checker can check this. If any of the set requirements are not met, CABAM will flag the piece of data as an anomaly.
